BECAUSE EVERY STATE IS DIFFERENT

State-Specific Disclosures

Real estate requirements vary by state.

REWholesalers uses our General Seller Disclosure as a starting point for transparency in our transactions. However, real estate laws, regulations, disclosure requirements, and transaction procedures can differ from one state to another.

When additional disclosures or notices are required for a transaction, the appropriate state-specific documentation will be provided in addition to our general disclosure.

What This Means for Sellers

Depending on the location of your property and the structure of the transaction, you may receive additional disclosures, notices, acknowledgments, or other documentation applicable to that transaction.

These documents are intended to supplement, not replace, our general Seller Disclosure.

Our Approach

Transparency shouldn’t depend on where your property is located.

Our goal is to clearly explain who we are, how we may structure a transaction, and how we may earn a profit. When a state requires additional information or disclosures, we will incorporate those requirements into the transaction process.

Important: Information provided on this page is general in nature and is not intended to describe every legal or regulatory requirement that may apply to a particular property or transaction. Requirements may vary by state, locality, transaction structure, and other circumstances.
